Golden Temple is located at the outer edge of Bandarban city nearby Pulpara, Balaghata. It is just 4 kilometer away from Bandarban city.  Its pagoda constructed on the top of the hills. It is considered as one of the holy place for Buddhist pilgrims. Followers of Buddhism from various countries gather here to prey and visit. It’s another name “Mohashukh Prarthona Purak Buddha Dhatu Chate”. It has one of the supreme Buddha statuette made for the duration of the current period of Gautam Buddha. This monastery has been constructed at a cost of 100 million taka. It is one of the wonderful monasteries in the south East Asia. There is small pond in the monastery named “The Pond of ngels” on the top of a hill. From this you can have a total glimpse of Blaghata and its neighboring natural beauties. Each year a enormous jubilee is arranged here. It is all the time open for the followers and remains open from 5 PM to 7PM for the visitors. Every single visitor is charge 10 taka for appearance.

Golden Temple is close to Bandarban city, you can take only snacks and drinking water.

Communication:

You can hire a rickshaw or auto rickshaw from Bandarban city to visit Golden Temple.

"Keokradong"Keokradong

Keokradong is the 2nd highest mountain of Bangladesh. It is about 4332 ft. high from the sea level. It is 30km away from the Ruma sadar Upazilla. For the duration of the winter season a lot of exploratory tourists striving to visit this remarkable mountain. This distant hilly area is full of natural beauty. You can be speechless at the first sight of this mountain. It is very near to the Myanmar border and you can see an endless sequence of mountains and hills. On the way to Keokradong one has to hiatus his journey at Bogalake for refurbishment. There is no other accommodation facility excluding the rest households of district council in Bogalake. One has to begin his walking early in the morning from Bogalake to reach Keokradong. It will necessitate 5 to 6 hours to reach Keokradong. Tourists have to hold that night in the near about society tribe village and they have to start for Bogalake next morning. Communication:

Ruma is 50 kilometer away from Bandarban. Due to lack of established communication and transportation it is a secluded upzila of Bangladesh. At first you have to go Ruma for visiting Keokradong. On the way heading to Ruma you have to record your name & address in the adjacent military check post. You must preserve it mind that after 4 p.m nobody is allowable to leave Ruma for Boga Lake, Keokaradong, Tahjingdong. In rainy season you can go upto koikhhong jhiri by jeep. From that residence you have to take on one hour boat journey to Ruma. In winter season you can go up to Ruma Bridge Ghat and from the domicile you essential 15 to 20 minutes boat journey to reach in Ruma. From Ruma sadar you can hire pickup or jeep up to Boga Lake and you have to walk through the hills from Boga Lake to Keokradong.
